Admin / Publication House have to Verify the Copyright Document before Publishing any Article(Accepted).
So, Whenever Author Uploads Copyright Transfer Document for their Articles using ; it will be Listed on this Page. This Page Helps Admin Manage them very Efficiently.
To View Uploaded Copyright Document File.
STEPS
Click on "View" Button.
You will See the Document in a Dialog.
To Change the Status to "Accepted" or "Rejected" for Any Copyright Document.
STEPS
Click on "View" Button.
You will See the Document in a Dialog.
Click on Accept/Reject Button.
To Send Reminder to Authors Requesting Resubmission of Copyright Documents that have been "Rejected".
STEPS
Click on "Send Reminder" from Respective Row.
You will see an Alert "Reminder Sent Successfully".
Done ! Author will Receive an Reminder Email to Resubmit the Copyright Document.
To Check Article Details of Submitted Copyright Document.
STEPS
Click on "Article Id" from Respective Copyright Row.
You will be Redirected to "Edit Article" Page.
Done !
