The Publication Charges Setting enables Admin to Manage Prices and Charges for various from one centralized page.
This allows Admin to easily Make Pricing Adjustments across All .
STEPS
"Update" the Required Charges.
Click on "Update" Button to Save.
Done ! Charges has been Updated Successfully.
Information About Fields (Editable) :
Publication Charges : Article Processing Charges (APCs) or Publication Fees. Costs associated with the Publication Process
Extra Co-Author Charges (Per Author) : Fees imposed by Academic Journals or Publishers when there are more Authors.

Article : Charges of Physical Printout for Published Articles.
Certificate(Per Author) : Charges for obtaining Physical Certificates or Copies of Published Articles.
Important Note : Publication Charges Setting is Directly Connected with . So, Any Changes in it will be Reflected in the "WooCommerce >> Journal Products". No Need to Manage them in Both Places.
