📬Copyright Rejection Reminder Emails

This Page Allows Admin to Manage Email format of "Copyright Rejection Notification". Navigate To "Dashboard > Journal Payment > Copyright Rejection Reminder Emails" Page.

Whenever Admin Rejects any Submitted Copyright Transfer Document from "Copyright Documents"; Respective Author will Receive this Rejection Email Notification.

This Rejection Email Notification informs Author About the Rejection and also gives information about resubmitting it.

Copyright Rejection Reminder Email Format

STEPS : To Update the Email Format.

• Navigate to "Subject/Body" Section.

• Update them According to your Requirement.

• Click on "Submit" Button to Save.

• Done ! Email Format Updated Successfully.

Note : To make Author Specific Dynamic Email Format, You can use Shortcodes in Email Subject and Body.

Available Shortcodes:

• [article_id] - Article Identifier

• [author_name] - Author Name

• [pay_status] - Payment Status

• [site_url] - Website Url

• [author_email_id] - Author Email Id

• [query_email] - Wordpress Admin Email
