4️Installing Woo-Commerce

Minimum Requirements

  • PHP 8.0 or greater is recommended

  • MySQL 5.6 or greater, OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater, is required

Visit the WooCommerce server requirements documentation for a detailed list of server requirements.

There are Two Ways to Install WooCommerce

  • Via "Important Step..." Dialog

  • Via Wordpress Dashboard

Steps To Install : Via "Important Step..." Dialog

If you have Installed & Activated the "Journal Payment" Plugin; you will see a Dialog with Heading "Important Step for Journal Payment Plugin".

  1. Click on "Install WooCommerce".

  2. After Completion of INSTALLATION, You will see a Message "Plugin Installed Successfully".

Installation Completion
  1. Click Activate Plugin and you’re ready for the WooCommerce Wizard.

  2. DONE !

Steps To Install : Via Wordpress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Plugins and click on the “Add New” Button on the top.

  2. From "Add Plugins" Page, Click on “Upload Plugin” Button.

  3. You will See a File Upload Field. Click on "Choose File" & Select Zip File of WooCommerce Plugin. Then Click on Install.

  1. After Completion of INSTALLATION, You will see a Message "Plugin Installed Successfully".

Installation Completion
  1. Click on "Activate Plugin".

  2. DONE !

Welcome Screen

When WooCommerce is activated for the first time, the WooCommerce Setup Wizard will be the next screen you see after clicking “Activate”.
